Use a switching function to determine how many of the input variables are less than a certain cutoff.
- Examples
- Glossary of keywords and components
- Description of components
Quantity | Description |
.#!value | the value of the kernel evaluated at the argument values |
- Compulsory keywords
TYPE | ( default=gaussian ) the type of kernel to use |
CENTER | the position of the center of the kernel |
COVAR | the covariance of the kernel |
WEIGHT | ( default=1.0 ) the weight to multiply this kernel function by |
NUMBER | ( default=1 ) if there are multiple sets of kernel parameters in the input file which set of kernel parameters would you like to read in here |
- Options
NORMALIZED | ( default=off ) would you like the kernel function to be normalized
|
ARG | the arguments that should be used as input to this method. You can use multiple instances of this keyword i.e. ARG1, ARG2, ARG3... |
SIGMA | square root of variance of the cluster |
REFERENCE | the file from which to read the kernel parameters |
